Liquid barium-zinc complex stabilizers have different properties due to their different compositions. However, it is generally light yellow to yellow transparent liquid, with a specific gravity of 0.95-1.02 at room temperature, a viscosity of less than 100 centipoise, and a freezing point of about -15°C. Similar to liquid barium zinc, it has excellent thermal stability and optical stability, small initial coloration, good transparency and color stability. Their stabilizing effect is stronger than that of solid complex soap, so the dosage can be reduced, generally 2-3 PHR, without dust poisoning, and completely dissolved in general plasticizers, with good dispersion and little precipitation tendency. The importance of liquid barium zinc stabilizer systems is increasing day by day. Various liquid ba/zn stabilizers can be used in various fields from semi-rigid products to plasticized PVC, including calendering, extrusion, injection extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding and plastisol processing.
