High-Efficiency Thermal Industrial Lead Stearate For UPVC Cable And Wire
Lead stearate is a white powder, insoluble in water, soluble in hot ethanol, benzene, and turpentine oil, heated and dissolved in organic solvents and then cooled into a gel, strong acid decomposition into stearic acid and the corresponding salt, hygroscopic. Lead stearate can be used as a heat stabilizer and lubricant for PVC with good lubricity and photothermal stability. With cadmium soap, barium soap, or organic tin compounds, can be used in a variety of opaque hard and soft PVC products, such as hard pipe, hardboard, sheet, film, and artificial leather, especially suitable for wire and cable materials, can give the products excellent electrical properties.
